had izakaya den last friday with my sis and broinlaw. ex ttm. =/ izakaya is not filling.. but it was like over 200bucks! lol!
they had soooo many kinds of alcohol.. i only took a pic of the shochu.. and those with the red chop means that they were specially imported in.. and you usually cant find them in australia!

fried kingfish head. i dont like fish.. and i dont like fried food.. but this fried fish was so smooth it was actually rather enjoyable.
this dish was like 40 bucks?? lol. 4 pieces of wagyu beef and lady's finger and salt. but! this wagyu is grade 8! there are 9 grades of wagyu beef, and grade 8 and 9 are rarely seen out of japan. grade 9 is further split to grades up to 12. im not fussy. grade 8 will do fine for me. lol.

after all the rich food.. we had max brenner!! and i told my broinlaw i didnt wanna drink a chocolate drink cos we were gonna have a fondue.. so he just bought me chocolate. as a drink. this is just pure melted milk chocolate.

TASTE FESTIVAL!!!! yeppp! its like some food fair!!! its where the great restaurants come together.. sell a small portion of their greatest dishes at lower prices [lower, not low though..] lets just say.. what i held in my hand was not enough for 4 dishes. and this is not including the entrance fee. lol.

my steak zoomed it.. cos it looked so good. and i swear it tasted SO GOOD. and the mash was like the best mash i've ever eaten in my life!

veal.. the veal is covered though.. you can see it peeking out at the sides.. i was asking my broinlaw what veal was.. and he said "i dunno. bambi?" and i whined! cos bambi is so cute! then he said "nah i think its bambi's mom.. cos bambi was still alive." !!!! ayeeee! but he was wrong.. veal is apparently baby moomoo. yepp. not bambi.

smirnoff is really smart. they now packet premixed smirnoff in a carton. kinda like a milk carton.. but you add a tap at the side of the carton. no fuss and premixed to perfection! awesome!!!

LOL. funny? i think damn funny. whole class was like laughing, even my tutor lol.
today i met 2 new girls! ones aussie, samantha. and ones china.. dunno her name, she's julius' friend. but like, i need to know more girls! im deprived of girlyness! cept prispris is there for me! haha.
